Do the movers bring their own equipment?
Yes. We arrive fully prepared with professional-grade dollies, straps, and moving blankets to protect your furniture. Since you’re handling the rental, we provide the tools needed to load it safely ensuring your belongings are wrapped and secured for the journey ahead.
Do I need to provide furniture blankets or tie-downs?
Yes. Since you own the space inside the rental, you should provide blankets and tie-downs to ensure maximum protection during transit. While our team brings professional dollies and lifting straps to prevent injury and damage during the move, the “soft-goods” like pads are essential for preventing shifts while you drive.
Can you help me load a POD, U-Haul, or storage unit?
Absolutely. This is what we do every day. We know exactly how to stack your items to make sure everything fits and stays put. We pack your rental tight and secure it for the road, so you don’t have to worry about your furniture sliding around or getting damaged while you’re driving.
What if the job takes more time than I expected?
We stay until the work is finished. Moves are unpredictable, so we’re built for flexibility. If your project isn’t a flat rate, we bill in 15-minute increments after your initial booking. This ensures you only pay for the exact time our muscle is on-site—never a full hour for 15 minutes of work.
