These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Flexdolly LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By booking services, submitting your information, making payment, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the 858-733-0775. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

1. Services
Flexdolly LLC provides moving, delivery, packing, labor-only, and related services in California and Texas. All services are subject to availability and acceptance.
2. Estimates & Pricing
• All quotes are estimates, not guaranteed prices
• Final charges are based on actual time, labor, materials, and services used
• Customer is responsible for providing accurate move details
• Additional charges may apply for:
Stairs
Long carries
Heavy or specialty items
Packing materials
Waiting time
Unexpected conditions
3. Deposits & Payments
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking
• Customers may cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund of their deposit
• Cancellations made after 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit
• Deposits are used to reserve crew availability and scheduling
• Payment is due upon completion of services
• Accepted payment methods:
Credit/Debit cards
Zelle
Cash
• Checks are not accepted
Failure to pay may result in collection actions and legal fees.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled move may result in additional fees
• Same-day cancellations may be charged a trip fee
• Rescheduling is subject to availability
• Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or mechanical issues
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customer agrees to:
• Provide accurate inventory
• Ensure clear access to all locations
• Secure parking permits if required
• Disconnect appliances
• Empty all furniture
• Pack fragile items properly
• Be present or have an authorized representative available
Flexdolly is not responsible for delays caused by customer issues.
6. Prohibited Items
We do not transport:
• Cash
• Jewelry
• Firearms
• Explosives
• Hazardous materials
• Perishables
• Illegal substances
If moved against advice, customer assumes all risk.
7. Damage, Loss & Claims
• All damage or loss must be reported as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours
• California customers have up to 30 days to submit a formal written claim
• Texas customers must submit claims within 48 hours
• Claims submitted after the allowed timeframe will be denied
• Photos and documentation are required
Flexdolly is not responsible for:
• Pre-existing damage
• Self-packed boxes
• Particle board or pressboard furniture
• IKEA-style furniture
• Mechanical failure of appliances
• Damage due to improper packing
• Tight spaces or customer-provided equipment
8. Valuation & Coverage
• Basic coverage provided as required by law
• Additional coverage must be purchased before service
• Flexdolly is not an insurance company
9. Delays & Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by:
• Weather
• Accidents
• Traffic
• Mechanical issues
• Acts of God
• Government actions
10. Storage
• Storage fees apply
• Stored items are at customer’s risk
• Abandoned property may be sold after proper notice
11. Dispute Resolution
• All disputes shall be governed by:
California law for CA moves
Texas law for TX moves
• Disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration
• No class actions permitted
12. Limitation of Liability
Flexdolly LLC is not liable for:
• Indirect damages
• Lost profits
• Emotional distress
• Business losses
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
13. Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Flexdolly harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees resulting from customer negligence or misinformation.
14. Media Release
Flexdolly may take photos or videos for:
• Training
• Marketing
• Social media
Customer may opt out in writing.
15. Communications (RingCentral + GoHighLevel + Supermove + MailChimp)
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive:
• Calls
• Text messages
• Emails
Message frequency may vary.
Message & data rates may apply.
Consent is not required to purchase services.
